Warp takes the JSON through its UI rather than a file you edit, and adds every server in the snippet at once. Headers are supported but not needed here, because there is nothing to authenticate.

Ranked matches with the endpoint to connect to, which registries carried each one, and what was verified by fetching it: whether the endpoint answered, and the tools its own tools/list returned. The score is semantic relevance only and is never a trust or safety rating.

The endpoint is POST only and answers 405 to GET, because every tool answers inside the request that asked. Full reference at /api-docs; privacy covers what is stored, which for a keyed search is nothing.
