This page exists because search engines cannot be told about somebody else's URL. IndexNow is domain-verified and refuses a submission for a host you do not control, so the only honest way to get these discovered is to link them from a page that is itself indexed. Everything above is a live artefact rather than an announcement: code you can run, a dataset you can download, and submissions whose state you can read for yourself, including the ones still open.
