Emailkind MCP server

Emailkind is the official remote MCP server from emailkind.com. It answers at https://emailkind.com/v1/mcp over streamable HTTP and asks you to sign in with your emailkind.com account before it lists its tools, so your client opens a login the first time it connects. What Emailkind needs before it works
