Sector Pulse MCP server

Sector Pulse is a remote MCP server that gives an AI agent 3 tools, among them get_history, get_roster, get_sectors. It answers at https://sector-pulse.app/api/mcp over streamable HTTP, and it listed its tools to an anonymous client, so no sign-in was needed for that. Our probes reached it 6 of 6 times since 11 September 2026; the last check, on 21 October 2026, succeeded.

Live US sector rotation: 30 sector baskets ranked every session, versioned rosters, daily record.

Description as the publisher wrote it.

The 3 tools Sector Pulse offers

ToolWhat it does
get_historyDaily close record for one date (rank, % move, breadth per sector; close ranks only before 2026-07-31), or the 5-minute intraday rows with intraday=true. Daily from 2026-07-21, intraday from 2026-08-19, never backfilled. Requires a Sector A
Inputs: date, intraday
get_rosterThe ticker lists behind each sector basket, versioned and immutable: pass a version to see exactly what a basket contained at that time. Requires a Sector API key.
Inputs: version
get_sectorsAll 30 Sector Pulse baskets right now: average % move, median, breadth, and three rank bases per sector (session rank, close-basis rank, previous close rank). Free, no key needed. Same data as the public board.

How do I add Sector Pulse to Cursor?

Put the server under mcpServers in ~/.cursor/mcp.json with the URL https://sector-pulse.app/api/mcp. The exact JSON is above, with the same setup for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, Gemini CLI and the rest.

Does Sector Pulse need an API key?

Where this comes from

Publisher: io.github.christianhonap7-sys. Endpoint host: sector-pulse.app. ARD identifier: urn:air:io.github.christianhonap7-sys:mcp:sector-pulse. First indexed 10 September 2026. The tools are exactly what the server returned; nothing on this page is inferred from its name. Ranking in Neuronto search is never for sale.
